Nakakatawa naman tong video na to telling about pinoy ways, cultures sa tono ng kantang Born this Way by Lady Gaga. I must say napaka creative ng gumawa ng song and he is very6 nationalistic and proud as a Filipino. Filipino are happy people….yes we are! ^^
Tong show na to is not just entertaining but inspiring. Every contestant have their own stories kung bakit gusto nilang pumayat, some for health concern, some para magka love life, some para makadama ng higher happiness, some for the family and most of all lahat sila they are doing it para sa sarili nila. Impression ko sa lahat ng mga matataba is friendly, jolly and happy person, pero sing bigat din nila yung mga pinagdadaanan nila sa araw-araw ng life nila. I saw their full commitment para sa pagbabago and I was inspired by their overwhelming determination to make a difference. The trainers are also good in motivating the contestants and they are doing the best they can to guide their trainees magagaling at professional sila. Di lang sila basta trainer, they have connection to each contestant like they fully understand what they are going through. I was really thrilled to see how they succeed. Like them I have goals in life I want to pursue, and parang gusto kong mahawa sa lakas ng determination nila. .kaya niu yan guys aabangan ko kaya I am learning a lot from you!!
May mga sekta ng christian community sa America ang nagsasabi na End of the World na daw on May 21, 2011, that would be tomorrow. I saw the video on youtube they were like praying all day, making their last days worthy and that is by praising God.
Sabi ng Professor ko sa Philosophy. .
“There is no End of the World, but there is End of Man” . .
We can’t escape death, wala pang taong nagtagumpay jan..
Nahirapan yung Dr. sa pag bunot ng ngipin ko..dalawa pa sila, the other Dr. was holding my head.
I always start my day with a cup of coffee that makes me comfy. Sometimes I want my coffee with cream and sometimes I leaved it black. I drink two to three medium cups of coffee a day. It is like an energizer to me that makes me up to do my daily life. I can think better when I’m drinking it. I am energetic and funny or fool when I had it. It makes my eyes wide at knight when doing my assignments and projects in school. Drinking coffee becomes my tradition when reviewing for my exams since then. My brain becomes sponge that absorbs all the information that I needed to have a high score in my exams. Math is the only exception. Coffee can’t do anything to lift up my grades in Math. I think I should overdose myself to caffeine just to become savvy on that subject. Well anyway, even coffee has no match with my Math, I’m still amazed of what can coffee do. I am always alive because of the best beverage in the world, my precious coffee and I can say, coffee completes my day and coffee makes me happy.
Facts About Coffee
When drunk in moderation (four to five regular size cups a day) is safe for healthy adults and can even have beneficial health implications as part of a healthy diet and physically active lifestyle. Medical and scientific organizations around the world advise pregnant women to consume no more than 300 mg of caffeine per day (equivalent to 3 regular size cups of coffee). Recent guidance from the Food Standards Agency in the UK recommends that pregnant women limit their caffeine intake to 200 mg per day (approximately two regular size cups of coffee). It remains to be seen whether this precautionary point of view will be endorsed by scientific bodies around the world. All sources of caffeine should be considered when considering total daily intake; including coffee, tea, cola drinks, energy drinks and chocolate. Source: http://www.positivelycoffee.org/
